SEO coaching that reads your
site and explains the fix

Most SEO tools hand you a list of problems. Wiley gives you one message: what's wrong with a specific page, why it matters, and exactly what to change. No spreadsheets. No SEO agency. Just a plain-English nudge each week.

What Wiley reads on every visit to your site

Wiley crawls your pages on a regular schedule — reading what's publicly visible, the same way search engines do. No plugin required.

What is structured data?

A snippet of code you add to a page that tells search engines exactly what's on it — not just the text, but the meaning. Google uses it to create "rich results" like FAQ dropdowns, star ratings, and business hours directly in search. Without it, Google has to guess. With it, it knows.

Structured data detection

Wiley looks at every page for JSON-LD markup and flags common gaps — a service page with no business info, a blog post with no article schema, a FAQ section with nothing to help search engines pull it into results.

All plans

Ready-to-paste markup

When a page is missing structured data, Wiley doesn't just say so — it writes a ready-to-paste code block in your nudge email, built for that specific page and what's on it.

All plans

Content freshness

Wiley pulls the publish and update dates from your pages. Posts that haven't been touched in over a year — especially ones sliding in search — get flagged with a specific suggestion before you lose the ground you already earned.

All plans

Broken link detection

Wiley checks your internal links on every crawl. When a page stops loading, it surfaces that in your next nudge — before a search engine notices and stops sending traffic through it.

All plans

Titles and descriptions

Wiley checks every page's title and meta description — whether they're too short, cut off, missing entirely, or just too vague to tell anyone what the page is about. When it spots a problem, it drafts a replacement.

All plans

Search ranking movement

Wiley checks where your pages rank in Google every day. When a position changes — up or down — it shows up in your coaching nudge with context about what shifted and what to do about it.

What an SEO nudge looks like

Wiley doesn't send you a list of 47 issues. It picks the one SEO problem most worth your attention this week and explains it in plain English.

From Wiley Your /services page has no structured data — here's the code

Your /services page shows up in local searches but has no markup telling search engines that this is a business offering specific services at a specific location. That gap makes rich results — the kind that show star ratings, hours, and addresses — unlikely to appear.

Based on what's on your page, here's a block you can paste into the <head>:

{
  "@context": "https://schema.org",
  "@type": "LocalBusiness",
  "name": "Cedar & Stone Design",
  "url": "https://cedarandstone.com",
  "telephone": "+1-503-555-0142",
  "address": {
    "@type": "PostalAddress",
    "streetAddress": "2418 NW Thurman St",
    "addressLocality": "Portland",
    "addressRegion": "OR",
    "postalCode": "97210"
  }
}

Add your hours and a link to your Google Business Profile and you'll have the full picture.

Common questions

Does SEO coaching require installing a script?

No. SEO coaching is entirely based on what's publicly visible on your site — the same things Google reads. You give Wiley your URL and it handles the rest. The tracking script on paid plans adds a separate layer: behavioral coaching based on how real visitors use your site. The two work together but neither depends on the other.

How often does Wiley crawl my site?

More frequently when you first sign up — daily for the first week — to build an initial picture. After that it settles into weekly. Each crawl checks for newly broken links, freshness changes, and schema gaps on recently published pages.

Does Wiley work with any CMS?

Yes. Wiley reads the public HTML of your site — it doesn't need to talk to your CMS. WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow, Framer, hand-coded HTML — if a browser can load it, Wiley can read it.

What's different about Wiley compared to a standard SEO audit tool?

Audit tools generate reports. Wiley generates coaching. Instead of a spreadsheet with 80 issues, you get one message per week explaining the most important thing, why it matters for your specific site, and what to do. Over time the coaching gets sharper as Wiley learns more about how your site works.
